Slaying Solomon Antagonists
I just returned from our long-overdue Slaying Solomon season 6 premier episode. It went very well, if I may say so. I think I set up most of my big-story arc hooks and the episode was full of the kind cinematic moments and witty dialog that make Buffy the Vampire Slayer games so appealing.
As per this post, I used Risus to define a bunch of NPCs before the game. Here is a sample:

Just discovering Slaying Solomon now. Have you played it with Risus or the Buffy RPG rules?
I'll have to set aside some time to read through these episodes.
Moni,
We use the BtVS: RPG rules from Eden Studios. There was a time when I considered a switch to Risus, but my players put the kibosh on that (never a good idea to convert a campaign mid-stream). I do, however, use Risus as a GM tool (as per my post).

Eep, I apologies: I thought I read the post you linked to but did not, hence a silly question answered right in the first few lines. Now that I've read it, I approve of the method! I keep coming back to Risus-like methods myself for creating PCs or NPCs quickly and *then* (if needed) convert to another system.
