Taran Aksenhamer: Yet another dwarf of the Aksenhamer clan who had turned to crime. His career was cut short when adventurers raided his Tarog Gek lair.

Merroc Appledore: Good-natured halfling bookworm and staff wizard of Senator Kel Arthest.

Kel Arthest: Former Narsikan adventurer who is now a senator of the Thorbarden province.

Artor: Commander of an ill-fated expedition into the Lûmanô Peaks during the Sunsûl Uprising.

Alfazir Belok: Azânêan professor searching for Ilsûthrin artifacts. Aside from the agents who he hired to steal the baby blue dragon, he is reported to be working with "a scary woman" and "a Gargalan nutter".

Father Shan Bertholot: Village priest in Harkam, he worships the All Father in His aspect as Loregiver.

El Bethîr: White Elf aristocrat of the Ilsutrhin era who apparantly lost a magewar with the infamous Sa Karen. He had a special interest in psionic research.

Benifer Dôertê: Female artificer who perished in an expedition to the Dragonspine Mountains. His companion, Nathan, now adventures with the members of another team sent to the same region.

Jûlêon Furê: Harkam'smaster bowyer, he has a daughter in the Purple Lotus monastery.

Davôs Gray: Arcanum wizard who perished in an expedition to the Dragonspine Mountains. His companion, Nathan, now adventures with the members of another team sent to the same region.

Hargun: Orc mercenary hired by Alfazir Belok to help search for Ilsûthrin artifacts and steal the baby blue dragon. He has now been recalled to active duty in the Narsikan army in lieu of further punishment.

Randal Hulir: Azânêan swashbuckler hired by Alfazir Belok to help search for Ilsûthrin artifacts and steal the baby blue dragon. He is currently in the custody of Narsikan authorities.

Ananda Karen: The daughter of the infamous Sa Karen who betrayed Artor's raiding party during the Sunsûl Uprising.

Sa Karen: Powerful mage and artifcer who lived at the time of the Sunsûl Uprising. Even among White elves, he was infamous for his cruelty.

Father Morris: Cleric of the All Father (in His aspect as Loregiver) who perished in an expedition to the Dragonspine Mountains. His companion, Nathan, now adventures with the members of another team sent to the same region.

Maya Revel: Azânêan monk traveling with Alfazir Belok. She led an attempt to steal the baby blue dragon and has resisted all efforts at interoation thus far.

Janos Stormchild: Famous (infamous) paladin during the Sunsûl Uprising, he vanished before Artor could lead his attack on Sa Karen's fotress. His body was later recovered by adventurers exploring the ruins of El Bethîr's tower.

Talaran Thedani: Mageborn youth with significant Morendil blood, rescued from a lynch mob in Tîaton. His father served with Ivria in the Navy and he claims to be studying to become a wardancer at the Ilûsâd Monastery in Dragonspire.
